One-Pak® combines the Activ8X® semiautomatic welder with the durable and ergonomic Magnum® Pro Curve 300 welding gun (1/16 in, 15 ft) for a compact and portable welding solution. This kit includes a portable, semiautomatic wire feeder designed to enhance shipbuilding, offshore, or construction operations through CrossLinc technology, enabling remote control of the power source without the need for control cables. The Activ8X® wire feeder features True Voltage Technology™ (TVT™), which ensures that the voltage set at the arc remains consistent, even over long distances. Key features include an impact-resistant, flame-retardant case for rugged durability, potted PC boards for moisture and corrosion protection, and the Maxtrac® wire drive system which consists of a heavy-duty cast aluminum design for reliable feeding. The unit is compact, making it the lightest construction feeder on the market, and accepts wire spools up to 8 in. (203mm) in diameter. The CrossLinc technology allows for remote output control over the welding leads, and the True Voltage Technology (TVT) feature compensates for voltage drops across long cables. The welding gun included is the Magnum® Pro Curve 300, designed for operational comfort with a 300 A 60% duty cycle, featuring Copper Plus® contact tips, a curve handle design, and a rotating gun tube with a gun hanger clip. The package also includes the Activ8X® / Magnum® Pro Curve One-Pak® drive roll kit for .052 in (1.3 mm) cored wire.
