The MAXSA® 10 controller serves as a central monitoring and control point for hard automation welding systems, empowering operators with full control over AC and DC welding parameters, along with straightforward PLC interfacing for managing fixture travel, timers, and other system commands. Built for severe duty, the controller is IP23 rated, ensuring reliability in harsh environments. It includes a pendant box that can be mounted in a standard protective enclosure or used for hand-held operation. The controller features eight procedure memories for pre-setting and saving optimal welding parameters, enabling quick recall for efficient changeovers. User-friendly controls are complemented by a clear digital display, making adjustments simple. Additionally, the limit control function allows for the application of operator procedure limits or lockout on any or all parameters. The Waveform Control Technology® provides access to a library of pre-programmed weld modes, offering adjustable parameters within a limited range to achieve the best balance between deposition rate and penetration. The kit includes an operator's manual.
