The Magnum® Pro 250LX GT spool gun is designed for direct connection to the Ranger 330MPX, enabling a straightforward setup without the need for additional adapters or control boxes. This spool gun features easy plugging into the Ranger® 330MPX® for effective operation, utilizes premium Magnum® Pro expendables to extend contact tip life and increase arc-on time, and incorporates a built-in internal gas valve that allows for gas flow control at the trigger, ensuring compatibility with machines lacking internal solenoids. It also offers synergic wire speed adjustment, allowing for remote fine-tuning of wire speed while automatically adjusting the voltage on the Ranger 330MPX, thus optimizing welding parameters without returning to the power source. Additionally, the tool-less drive roll tension adjustment simplifies pressure fine-tuning using a large thumbscrew. The kit includes a spool gun with a 25 ft cable, a KP2747-1A aluminum thread-on 550A diffuser, a KP2743-1-62RA aluminum recessed gas nozzle assembly (5/8 in), a KP2745-364AT aluminum tapered contact tip (3/64 in), a KP2518-2 aluminum drive roll (.035 - 3/64 in), a KP2879-5 180° barrel liner, and a KP2773-1 550A insulator.
