The Magnum® semi-automatic MIG welding gun is designed for a 60% duty cycle at 400A, suitable for MIG or flux-cored welding applications. This gun features a classic curved handle for operator comfort, especially in high amperage applications utilizing .045-1/16 in. (1.2-1.6 mm) gas-shielded operations. Key features include a one-piece modular trigger assembly made from high heat resistant material to endure heat and spatter, an armored gun tube designed with an electrically insulated metal jacket to enhance fine wire welding performance, and an abrasion-resistant, extruded rubber jacket for increased cable strength and longevity. The lightweight, balanced design of the curved handle provides a comfortable grip to help reduce user fatigue. The package includes a contact tip, gas diffuser, gas nozzle, insulator, cable liner, and a 60° gun tube.
