The Magnum® semi-automatic MIG welding gun is designed to operate with a 60% duty cycle at 400A, making it suitable for both MIG and flux-cored welding applications. It features a classic curved handle for operator comfort, particularly during high amperage operations using .045-1/16 in. (1.2-1.6 mm) gas-shielded welding. The gun is equipped with a one-piece modular trigger assembly that is molded from high heat-resistant material to endure heat and spatter while ensuring longevity. Its gun tube is designed with an electrically insulated metal jacket, enhancing fine wire welding performance, while the abrasion-resistant extruded rubber jacket contributes to the cable's strength and durability. The lightweight and balanced structure of the curved handle helps to minimize operator fatigue. The kit includes a contact tip, gas diffuser, gas nozzle, insulator, cable liner, and a gun tube with a 60° angle.
