The Power Feed® 84 single digital control semiautomatic wire feeder is a modular unit designed for a wide range of welding applications, offering advanced process adjustability and control in a robust design. This wire feeder features new auto-settings for simplified process setup, eight user memories per feed head to facilitate complete welding procedure recall, and a USB port to ease machine setup while expanding user profiles. The user interface can be customized to display specific customer information, and the included contactor and gouge kit provide additional safety by isolating the feed heads. Enhanced isolation and environmental protection, along with robust connection points, ensure reliable operation in challenging conditions. The modularity of the unit allows it to be configured for various application needs. The kit includes a standard #2 - #4 gun adapter, a 20 tooth pinion gear, and a conduit inlet bushing (K3929-1).
