The Power Feed® 84 semiautomatic industrial wire feeder is designed on a modular platform suitable for various applications. It features new auto-settings that simplify the process setup, eight user memories per feed head for complete welding procedure recall, and improved isolation and environmental protection. The robust connection points ensure reliable operation in challenging conditions, while the modularity allows for configuration to fit diverse application needs. Its advanced interface includes digital meters for actual and preset weld display, along with full weld sequence control, covering parameters such as run-in, start, weld, burnback, and crater. Select models include a USB port for unlimited memory expansion or future upgrades. The feed plate can be positioned on either the right or left side of the wire drive housing, facilitating easy integration into any work center. An electrode input stud mounted on the wire drive frame protects the feed plate from misuse, and new gun adapters enhance electrical reliability and reduce voltage loss. An optional digital gas flow kit displays the actual gas flow rate during welding, and the system supports push-pull capable drive systems. The kit includes a user interface, standard #2 - #4 gun adapter, 20 tooth pinion gear, conduit inlet bushing (K3929-1), and USB.
