The One-Pak® includes the LN-25X® wire feeder equipped with CrossLinc technology and True Voltage Technology™ (TVT™), along with a Magnum® Pro Curve welding gun rated for 300A at a 60% duty cycle, featuring a 0.045 in gun liner and a 15 ft cable, as well as a 0.040-0.045 in cored wire drive roll kit. It is designed for optimum safety and efficiency, minimizing movement on the job site, whether in a shipyard or at heights. Key features of the equipment include the MaxTrac® wire drive system for reliable feeding, a heavy-duty cast aluminum wire drive for durability, CrossLinc technology for controlling output at a distance without additional cables, and True Voltage Technology™ for voltage drop compensation ensuring that the set voltage is achieved. The system also incorporates tachometer feedback for accurate wire feed speed, a trigger interlock switch for operator comfort during long welds, a replaceable and flame-resistant case for protection of internal components, and potted PC boards for moisture and corrosion protection. Furthermore, it features a split wire guide to reduce birdnesting, bright digital meters for easy viewing in bright sunlight, and a Tweco style male connector on the input power cable, providing full control of the system without the need for control cables.
