The kit includes the LN-25X wire feeder, which features portable and lightweight design ideal for field construction applications. It incorporates CrossLinc technology, allowing for voltage control at the feeder when paired with a compatible power source, eliminating the need for control cables. The TVT system compensates for voltage drop across long weld cable lengths, ensuring the voltage set at the feeder is maintained during welding. The package includes an internal contactor, gas solenoid, arc sensing lead and clip, and two gun bushings (K1500-2 installed; K1500-1 loose). Additional features enhance usability by reducing job site clutter and unnecessary personnel movement, enabling rapid setup with fewer cable connections, and providing fully encapsulated and environmentally protected electronics for durability. The replaceable flame resistant case can be installed in under five minutes.
