The Power Ream® II robotic MIG welding torch maintenance center is designed to remove and reduce spatter accumulation, enhancing welding performance in robotic MIG welding cells. This kit includes a standard wire cutter that provides consistent wire stickout and eliminates the ball at the end of the welding wire for superior arc starting performance. An error signal feedback feature ensures that the Power Ream® II returns to the home position, alerting the robot to conclude the weld cycle. Additionally, it incorporates a spatter guard mounted to the gripper housing to prevent debris from entering the system, as well as a spray containment unit with a catch basin that collects overspray, minimizing slag and spatter residue on the reamer and jigs. The quick fitting allows for connection to the drain-line, collecting unused anti-spatter fluid for proper disposal. The dimensions and specifications are designed to meet industry standards, ensuring compliance and reliability in various robotic welding applications.
