The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. Double rivet button stud construction locks the perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and easy sprinkler water passage for improved fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
