The SC Preferred 4-shelf heavy-duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas with adaptable heights, widths, and depths suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial use. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts to prevent back and side sway, and wire decking that promotes ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and easy sprinkler water passage for improved fire safety. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The unit features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
