The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications to maximize storage areas with various heights, widths, and depths. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. The shelving features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments and includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts for a secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and the chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking allows for ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components, and the open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility.
