The MP4000FS is a 40-ton ironworker powered by a 110V, single phase standard wall outlet or generator, featuring a compact, sturdy design that delivers 40 tons of pressure at the punch station and 20 tons of pressure at the central workstation. It is capable of punching a 3/4" round hole through 1/2" mild steel, with the ability to create larger holes in thinner mild steel. The hydraulic power system is controlled by Metalpro's footswitch design. The machine comes standard with Metalpro's 6 inch, 3 in 1 combination shear, which integrates a flat bar shear, angle iron shear, and round/square rod shear into one unit. All Metalpro machines, including the MP4000FS, are rated for mild steel and come with a three-year limited manufacturing warranty. They are proudly made in the USA and built to last, with all accessories compatible across all ironworker models except for the MP45PSP on 40 ton models.
