The MP5000XP (Xtreme Production) is a 50-ton ironworker powered by a foot switch controlled 1.5HP Baldor motor paired with an American engineered 2-stage, high-performance gear pump that operates at 2900 PSI. The motor and pump run on 110V single-phase power, producing 24 strokes per minute and enabling users to punch, shear, or brake material up to 1/2" thick. The ironworker includes a dual pedal foot switch with safety cover (8 ft length), a 12-inch 3-in-1 combination shear capable of cutting flat bar, angle iron, round rod, and square bar, a 12-inch press brake with a 3/16" brake die set, brake back stop, brake guide table, limit switch kit with stroke control and micro adjust, punch station guide table, shear guide table, slug catcher, wheel kit, shear back stop, and an 8-piece punch and die set with sizes of 9/32", 11/32", 13/32", 15/32", 17/32", 21/32", 25/32", and 29/32". The machine is available in a matte black finish with orange accents and is designed for high-output production applications.
