The MP4500XP (Xtreme Production) is a 45-ton ironworker designed for production and high output speeds, powered by a foot switch controlled 1.5HP Baldor motor with an American engineered 2-stage high-performance gear pump operating at 2900 PSI. The motor and pump run on 110V single phase power producing 24 strokes per minute, allowing users to punch, shear, or brake up to 1/2" material. The ironworker includes 13 attachments: an 8-inch 3-in-1 combination shear capable of cutting flat bar, angle iron, round rod, and square bar; a 12-inch press brake with a 3/16-inch brake die set, brake back stop, brake guide table, limit switch kit with stroke control and micro-adjust; punch station guide table; shear guide table; slug catcher; wheel kit; shear back stop; and an 8-piece punch and die set sized 9/32", 11/32", 13/32", 15/32", 17/32", 21/32", 25/32", and 29/32".
