EXAIR's® compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose sizes from 3/8" to 5" inside diameter to create a powerful in-line conveyor material handling system ideal for moving large volumes of material over long distances without clogging or jamming. The conveyor’s material flow rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator, and an optional bracket allows for easy mounting. Constructed with no moving parts or electricity, the Line Vac assures maintenance-free operation. Available in aluminum for economical, general-purpose conveying with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C), or stainless steel for more demanding applications, it is compact, quiet, and fits standard hoses or tubes while offering high throughput capacity. The Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound levels measured at 3 feet. EXAIR® supports compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule under Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, ensuring conflict mineral free products documented via the CMRT 3.02 template.
