The kit includes a heavy duty threaded Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's heavy duty threaded Line Vac is a powerful conveyor that attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers to convert them into an effective conveying system capable of moving more material over longer distances. Constructed from hardened alloy, it resists wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. It is suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Line Vac offers the highest throughput capability while remaining compact, quiet, and having no moving parts, and it attaches to ordinary pipe and fittings. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and is committed to compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and conflict-free product commitment.
