Line Vac kits include a Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR’s compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor capable of moving large volumes of material over long distances. The standard stainless steel models, made from type 303 stainless steel, offer good corrosion resistance and are ideal for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications. The maximum operating temperature is 800°F (426°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include a compact design, quiet operation, no moving parts, compatibility with standard hose or tube, availability in aluminum or stainless steel, and high throughput capacity. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and is committed to compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, using the CMRT 3.02 template for supply chain documentation and conflict-free product commitment.
