EXAIR's® compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor material handling system, fitting hoses with inside diameters from 3/8" to 5". Designed to move large volumes of material over long distances without clogging or jamming, the material flow rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator, and an optional bracket permits easy mounting. Constructed with aluminum for economical general purpose conveying, the Line Vac can operate at maximum temperatures up to 250°F (121°C). It is compact, quiet, and fits standard hose or tube, available in aluminum or stainless steel, and offers high throughput capacity. Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR® supports conflict mineral compliance in accordance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act and documents supply chain integrity using the CMRT 3.02 template. The product includes a warranty as specified by EXAIR’s terms.
