EXAIR's® Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac is a powerful conveyor that converts ordinary pipe into a robust conveying system capable of moving more material over longer distances. Constructed from hardened alloy to resist wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials, it attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing for simple system assembly using standard pipes and fittings. It is suitable for applications including hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The unit features the highest throughput capability, a compact and quiet design, and contains no moving parts. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitations of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet distance. Additionally, EXAIR® supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule, documenting supply chain integrity with the CMRT 3.02 template to ensure conflict-free products.
