EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing the construction of a complete system using ordinary pipe and fittings, with performance equivalent to the standard Line Vac model. It features no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free operation. The standard stainless steel models are made of Type 303 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and suitability for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications, with a maximum temperature rating of 800°F (426°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The device is compact, quiet, fits standard hose or tube sizes, and delivers high throughput capacity. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements under the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR® also supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, ensuring compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule to prevent the illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, documented using the CMRT 3.02 template.
