Kits include a threaded Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. Threaded Line Vacs attach easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing for easy system construction using ordinary pipe and fittings. The aluminum construction is an economical choice for general purpose conveying with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Line Vac is compact, quiet, has no moving parts, and offers high throughput capability. This product complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound levels measured at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and commits to conflict minerals compliance using the CMRT 3.02 template to ensure a conflict-free supply chain.
