EXAIR's® compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose with sizes ranging from 3/8" to 5" inside diameter to create a powerful in-line conveyor material handling system suitable for moving large volumes of material over long distances without clogging or jamming. The system features a pressure regulator for easy control of material flow rate and includes an optional bracket for easy mounting. Constructed from aluminum, which serves as the economical choice for general-purpose conveying, the Line Vac operates maintenance-free with no moving parts or electricity and can withstand maximum temperatures up to 250°F (121°C). It is compact, quiet, fits standard hose or tube, and is available in aluminum or stainless steel options with high throughput capacity. Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The product complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR® products are conflict mineral free and comply with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain compliance.
