The kit includes a threaded Line Vac, a mounting bracket, a filter separator, and a pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's threaded Line Vac air-operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials, attaching easily to plumbing pipe couplers to facilitate building a complete system using standard pipe and fittings. The aluminum construction is an economical choice for general-purpose conveying with a maximum temperature of 250°F (121°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Line Vacs are compact, quiet, have no moving parts, and offer high throughput capability. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and is committed to compliance with the conflict minerals rule to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and product commitment to conflict-free status.
