EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing for the construction of a complete system using ordinary pipe and fittings. It delivers the same performance as the standard Line Vac and features no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free operation. The standard models are made of Type 303 stainless steel, providing good corrosion resistance and suitability for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications, with a maximum temperature rating of 800°F (426°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The design is compact, quiet, fits standard hoses or tubes, and offers high throughput capacity. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet distance. EXAIR® supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and product compliance.
