EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, enabling the construction of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings while maintaining the same performance as the standard Line Vac. This device features no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free operation. The standard models are constructed of stainless steel type 303, providing good corrosion resistance, making them suitable for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications, with a maximum temperature rating of 800°F (426°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key attributes include a compact size, quiet operation, compatibility with standard hoses or tubes, and high throughput capacity. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements outlined in the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. Additionally, EXAIR® supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule to prevent illicit trade of designated minerals in the DRC region, utilizing the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and conflict-free product commitment.
