EXAIR's® compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose with sizes ranging from 3/8" to 5" inside diameter to create a powerful in-line conveyor material handling system. It is designed for moving large volumes of material over long distances without clogging or jamming, with material flow rate easily controlled by a pressure regulator. The kit includes an optional bracket for easy mounting and is constructed with no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free operation. The aluminum version is an economical choice for general purpose conveying and can withstand a maximum temperature of 250°F (121°C). The product is ideal for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations.
