EXAIR's Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing for the construction of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings. It offers the same performance as the standard Line Vac, featuring no moving parts or electricity for maintenance-free operation. Constructed from aluminum, it is an economical choice for general purpose conveying with a maximum operating temperature of 250°F (121°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. This compact and quiet unit fits standard hoses or tubes and provides high throughput capacity. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA's safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR also supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, committing to conflict minerals compliance to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold from the DRC region, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document their supply chain and conflict-free product commitment.
