Kits include a threaded Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR® threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. Threaded Line Vacs attach easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing the assembly of a complete system using ordinary pipe and fittings. The standard stainless steel models are made from Type 303 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and are ideal for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications. The maximum operating temperature is 800°F (426°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key advantages are compact size, quiet operation, no moving parts, and high throughput capability. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
