EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac easily attaches to plumbing pipe couplers, enabling the construction of complete systems using standard pipe and fittings, with performance equivalent to the standard Line Vac. Constructed from aluminum for economical general-purpose conveying, it operates without moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free functionality and supports a maximum temperature of 250°F (121°C). The kit is suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include a compact and quiet design, compatibility with standard hose or tube, and high throughput capacity. The product complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets noise limitation standards under the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound levels measured at 3 feet away.
