EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, enabling the construction of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings with performance equivalent to the standard Line Vac. The device features no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free operation. Constructed from aluminum, it serves as an economical choice for general-purpose conveying with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include a compact design, quiet operation, compatibility with standard hose or tube, and high throughput capacity. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
