The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor, designed to convey materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances and handle abrasive or heavy materials. It features a hardened alloy construction to prevent premature wear that can occur with standard aluminum or stainless steel Line Vacs. The kit includes a compact, quiet conveyor with no moving parts that fits standard hose, tube, and pipe, delivering the highest throughput capability. Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The product complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet distance. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and ensures compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule using the CMRT 3.02 template to document the supply chain and commitment to conflict-free products.
