Line Vac kits include a Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. The EXAIR® compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor capable of moving large volumes of material over long distances. The aluminum construction is an economical choice for general purpose conveying with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key advantages of the Line Vac are its compact size, quiet operation, lack of moving parts, compatibility with standard hose or tube, availability in aluminum or stainless steel, and high throughput capacity. The EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
