EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air-operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials, attaching easily to plumbing pipe couplers to build complete systems using standard pipe and fittings. The product features the same performance as the standard Line Vac, with no moving parts or electricity required, ensuring maintenance-free operation. The standard stainless steel models are made of type 303 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and suitability for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications, with a maximum temperature rating of 800°F (426°C). The Threaded Line Vac is compact, quiet, fits standard hose or tube, and provides high throughput capacity. It is used in applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and the noise limitations of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR® supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain transparency and commitment to conflict-free products.
