EXAIR's® Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac is a powerful conveyor that converts ordinary pipe into an efficient conveying system designed to move more material over longer distances. Constructed from hardened alloy to resist wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials, this conveyor easily attaches to plumbing pipe couplers, enabling the creation of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings. Its applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include the highest throughput capability, compact size, quiet operation, no moving parts, and compatibility with ordinary pipe and fittings. The Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. Additionally, EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to ensure conflict-free products.
