Line Vac kits include a Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor capable of moving large volumes of material over long distances. The aluminum construction is an economical choice for general purpose conveying with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features are a compact design, quiet operation, no moving parts, compatibility with standard hose or tube, and availability in aluminum or stainless steel with high throughput capacity. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
