EXAIR's® Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac is a powerful conveyor that converts ordinary pipe into a conveying system designed to move more material over longer distances, with a hardened alloy construction that resists wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The kit includes the Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac which attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing the construction of a complete system with standard pipe and fittings. Key features include the highest throughput capability, compact size, quiet operation, no moving parts, and simple attachment to ordinary pipe and fittings. The product is suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR® also supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and is committed to compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document the supply chain and commitment to conflict-free products.
