The kit includes a threaded line vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR® threaded line vac air-operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. Threaded line vacs easily attach to plumbing pipe couplers, facilitating the construction of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings. The standard stainless steel models (Type 303) provide good corrosion resistance, making them suitable for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications, with a maximum operating temperature of 800°F (426°C). Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include compact size, quiet operation, no moving parts, and high throughput capability. EXAIR® line vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet.
