The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor designed to convey materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances and handle abrasive or heavy materials. It features a hardened alloy construction that prevents premature wear common with aluminum or stainless steel Line Vacs. The kit includes a compact, quiet device with no moving parts that fits standard hose, tube, and pipe, offering the highest throughput capability. It is suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken 3 feet away. EXAIR is committed to compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act and the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to ensure conflict-free products.
