EXAIR's compressed air operated sanitary flange line vac kits include a sanitary flange line vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. These line vacs connect to standard clamp style flange fittings to create a powerful in-line conveyor made from type 316 stainless steel, ideal for moving large volumes of material over long distances. The material flow rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator, and an optional bracket permits easy mounting. The design features no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free operation. The line vac is ISO 2852 compatible, fits standard sanitary flanges, operates quietly, and is compact with high throughput capability. Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. EXAIR line vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and adheres to the Conflict Minerals Rule using the CMRT 3.02 template to ensure conflict-free products.
