EXAIR's heavy duty threaded Line Vac is a powerful conveyor that converts ordinary pipe into an efficient conveying system for moving more material over longer distances. Constructed from hardened alloy, it resists wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, enabling the construction of complete systems using standard pipe and fittings. It is suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include the highest throughput capability, compact design, quiet operation, no moving parts, and compatibility with ordinary pipe and fittings. The product complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet.
