Line Vac kits include a Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. The EXAIR® compressed air operated Line Vac connects to a standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor capable of moving large volumes of material over long distances. Standard models are constructed from type 303 stainless steel, providing good corrosion resistance, making them ideal for applications such as food service, abrasive, or corrosive environments. The maximum operating temperature is 800°F (426°C). Key applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Line Vacs are compact, quiet, have no moving parts, fit standard hose or tube, and are available in aluminum or stainless steel with high throughput capacity. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements per the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound levels measured at 3 feet. Additionally, EXAIR® supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and maintains compliance with conflict minerals regulations to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold, documenting supply chain transparency with the CMRT 3.02 template.
