EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing the construction of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings, with performance equivalent to the standard Line Vac. It operates with no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free operation. Made of aluminum, it is an economical choice for general-purpose conveying with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). The system is compact, quiet, fits standard hose or tube, and offers high throughput capacity. Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at a distance of 3 feet. EXAIR® adheres to Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and is committed to compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document the supply chain and ensure conflict-free products.
