The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor, designed with a similar appearance to the standard Line Vac but with dramatically boosted performance to convey materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances, including abrasive or heavy materials. It features hardened alloy construction to prevent premature wear common with ordinary aluminum or stainless steel Line Vacs. The kit and package include a compact conveyor with no moving parts that fits standard hose, tube, and pipe, and operates quietly with the highest throughput capability. It is suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Heavy Duty Line Vac complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and is committed to compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and conflict-free product commitment.
