Kits include a threaded Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR® threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. Threaded Line Vacs attach easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing for easy construction of complete systems using ordinary pipe and fittings. The aluminum construction is an economical choice for general purpose conveying, with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key advantages are compact size, quiet operation, absence of moving parts, and high throughput capability. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
