EXAIR's compressed air operated sanitary flange Line Vac connects to standard clamp style flange fittings to create a powerful in-line conveyor designed for moving large volumes of material over long distances. Made from type 316 stainless steel and compatible with ISO 2852, the Flanged Line Vac features a compact design with no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free operation. The material flow rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator, and an optional bracket is available for easy mounting. It fits standard sanitary flanges and is suitable for applications including hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet distance. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and uses CMRT 3.02 to ensure conflict-free sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region.
