EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac easily attaches to plumbing pipe couplers, enabling the construction of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings while delivering the same performance as the standard Line Vac. With no moving parts or electricity required, it provides maintenance-free operation. Made of aluminum, it is an economical choice for general-purpose conveying with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The design is compact, quiet, fits standard hose or tube, and offers high throughput capacity. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA’s safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet. EXAIR® supports compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act and the Conflict Minerals Rule, documenting supply chain transparency and commitment to conflict-free products using the CMRT 3.02 template.
