EXAIR's Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac is a powerful conveyor that converts ordinary pipe into an efficient conveying system for moving more material over longer distances. Constructed from a hardened alloy, it resists wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Line Vac easily attaches to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing the creation of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings. It is suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include the highest throughput capability, a compact and quiet design, and no moving parts. The product complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound levels measured 3 feet away.
