The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor, designed with a hardened alloy construction to prevent premature wear and engineered to convey materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances, including abrasive or heavy materials. It features the highest throughput capability, is compact, quiet, and contains no moving parts, fitting standard hose, tube, and pipe. It is suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Heavy Duty Line Vac complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and commits to compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule using the CMRT 3.02 template to ensure conflict-free products.
